Fantastic, great quality product!
We ordered 2 lovely Christmas decorations for our tree - they were for our little fur babies Cooper and Poh. They arrived quickly and the seller kept us up to date of the progress of the order and delivery. When they arrived they were perfect! Really good quality and something we will cherish for many years to come!

Customer Service is more important to them than it is to you!!
I bought an item and then tried to catch the order because I forgot to add something, but they already finished the custom order. They offered to remake for a fraction of the price but I declined. The company sent several emails to see how the problem was resolved. In the end, they bent over over backwards even though I told them that I was responsible for the error. They fixed it free of charge which was really incredible of them to do. Customer Service is the best there is.

I got a blanket for my wife for Christmas it had her Dad’s picture on it. He passed a couple years ago and she was his little girl, when she opened the gift she held it as if he was here with her, thank you so much for giving and making such a great product, I will definitely buy more from this great company

The mat is cute, but..
I ordered the Don't Let The Cat Out decorative mat as a gift for my parents. I opted for the premium 30x10".
The mat is a cute screen printed thin material with rubber base, which is not quite what I was expecting, but is still cute nonetheless. The only downfall is that the item was delivered folded in quarter, which then creased the mat, but a few days of being laid flat and it has mostly gone.

It took a while to finally get my order…
It took a while to finally get my order but after a long wait, being late for gift giving, I was happy with the final product after a text back and forth with pawperfecthouse.com regarding my ornaments and why they looked fuzzy. There is a thin film that has to be removed but no one mentioned this. It might be nice to h ave put that in the box with the ornaments.

Beautiful pet memorial candle
Beautiful item but considering the cost of postage it shouldn't take a month to arrive.
The item is not as nice as the pictures, normally photos don't do an item justice, this item looks cheaper in person than it did in the advert, however it was bought as a gift and my friend loves it.

My item arrived damaged and I was heartbroken because it was a gift. I reached out to the company and they responded FAST! I was offered a replace or refund, my choice. I opted for replacement and was contacted multiple times to keep me informed until the replacement arrived. I never expected such good treatment and was very pleased with the transaction. And the gift was a huge hit.

My pawfect experience
The product variety,s are great and seem of good quality! However you really don't get a true idea of what you ordered etc. the pictures shown of what you are ordered and what actually comes are quite different both in size, overall appearance and what they are made of as in wood, plastic etc. Background designs aren't really the best color wise and my pet pictures on plastic were ok, just ok. But I would buy again from them even though it's kind of pricey for what you get.
